Invisible Rain | Poem by Rohan Biswas | Phoenix
Invisible Rain If I could untie the knot That has been strangling me forever, I would. If I could just find a hand to hold, To save me from drowning, I would hold on tight. Cause this time, It is too much to bear. Cause this time, It feels like— I am the only one Getting drenched in the rain, While others bask In the warmth of the sun. But my rain is invisible, Scars hidden from glowing eyes. And I am forced to wear a smile. Cause this time, I am the withered plant In the garden of Eden— To which even sunlight never reached, But heavy rain found its way To take away the last petal I had left. — Phoenix Thanks For Reading!
