" Lamb To The Slaughter" - A Short Story by Roald Dahl... And One Of My Most Favourite Stories!!! 🔥

❣️  Mary Maloney, a pregnant woman, was waiting for her husband, Patrick Maloney, to return home from his job as local police detective...

❣️  After he returned home, Patrick seemed to act strangely.. Probably, he wanted a divorce from her!! Mary, who couldn't digest it at all, takes a large leg of a lamb from the freezer and on getting an opportunity, she hits it hard on Patrick's head, Killing him instantly!!

❣️  Now comes the main part!! She simply acts normal, She prepares the leg of lamb she used as a weapon and places it in the oven to somewhat destroy the evidence!!!! When the police arrives, they conclude that Patrick was hit by an intruder with a blunt object causing instant death! 

❣️  Since it was late night, Mary suggested them to have dinner before leave.. Giving them the same leg of the lamb and completely hiding the murder weapon forever!! One officer, his mouth full of meat, says it is "probably right under our very noses!!" Mary begins to giggle!!! 🔥

❣️ This Is One Of My Most Favourite Stories!! And Is An Amazing Perfect-Murder Story!! Highly Recommended to everyone!! I really love this story a lot and had read it a whole lot of times!!! ❤️
